If you feel seen by the title of this oracle deck then read on... This colourful and modern oracle invites you on a journey of self-reflection. Whether journalling on your chosen topic, or just using the imagery as a focus of contemplation, the 52 cards name emotional states, feelings and other human behaviours and experiences - all of them have explanations, further journal prompts and ideas to consider on the reverse of the card.

Codependency was a term originally coined in relation to substance misuse and the relationships which surround the user and the user themselves. However, now the meaning has widened to include anyone who struggles to not take on or fix other people's deeper issues, or who has a tendency to control another's behaviour to make themselves feel more safe.

Perfectionism is when a person holds themselves to unrealistic standards that one could never attain, therefore leading to stress and burn out. Although this deck focuses on these two aspects, it is useful to anyone who would like to reflect on their relationships and mental health.

Creator Alana Carvalho, a mental health counsellor from New York City uses these cards alongside her online therapy sessions and hopes that they can help bring change to difficult relationships and improve self-esteem.
